I only had one lunch service here because I was very afraid of the dining experience in this restaurant. First of all, it's very expensive to dine in the restaurant. It costs on average 200 euros for one meal per person. Secondly,  I visited this restaurant two years ago, and the dining experience was totally disappointing.

My visit this time is due to the chef's availability. I had a small chat with her personally about her inspirations and changes in two years, since she can speak English very well unlike most French chefs.  

There were some improvements in this restaurant.

 1. Two years ago, there were some signatures dishes from the chef's father or grandfather on a la carte. The old baggage are gone this year. Moreover, a la carte is no more served this year. There are only menus available in this gourmet restaurant. I haven't asked the chef why she made this decisiion. I believe it would be a good sign for the restaurant prospect.

2. The menu is full of interesting stories behind dishes and descriptions about them. Therefore, you can imagine waht you are about to eat when ordering. I love reading those words.
