下面是今年我剛拿到手五月L'Arnsbourg的新單點菜單,雖然我還沒去吃,和一年前蜜蜂家的單點菜單比較,除了他還保留一些Cathy母親的菜,可以發現有Philippe Labbe的影子(例如蛙腿和鴿子),他終於把蜜蜂的菜帶來到L'Arnsbourg,雖然沒有前幾年的一食材多吃的複雜度,但我還是非常期待去吃!
