Everything bad is possible for DB.
1.I booked an ICE ticket from Munich to Nurmberg. The ICE didn't show up at the platform. Instead, IC appeared.
2. I took ICE from Stuttgart to Berlin. The train stopped on its way due to problems. Passenergers couldn't get off but stayed in the train without electricity for 1 hour.
3. I reserved a seat from Verona to Munich. On the day of departure, I couldn't find my compartment and seat. I asked the DB Staff on the train, and the bad news is they create new numbers for compartment. It's my first time to stand through 3 countries(Italy->Austria->Germany). The attitude of that DB staff on the train was like "I don't care." The part annoys me the most. After I came back to Germany, I wrote a complain letter to DB. In the end , I only got 4 euros back, because it is the reservation fee.
4. One day I planned to take the DB bus to the city center. The bus timetable showed the next bus would come at 15: 10. I waited from 15:12 till 15:30. The bus didn't come. Then the next one based on the timetable was at 15:40. Two buses showed up at the same time at 15:40.
5. I booked a ticket from Nurmberg to Paris. The DB reservation system planned a IC bus from Nurmberg to Mannheim, then change in Mannheim at 13:30 ICE to Paris. The bus departed on time, but there are some traffic jam on the freeway. When I arrived in Mannheim, it was 14:40. Really unacceptable! Then I took ICE and RE to Strasbourg, and TGV from Strasbourg to Paris. My planned arrival time is 16:50. But after this disaster, I arrived in Paris at 20:10.
6. I once used the DB lounge in Nurmberg. They had drinks, newspapers and wifi. The most important thing they don't have is the toilet. If you want to use the toilet, it is next to the DB lounge. Of course you have to pay to get in.

For 3. it's right to get only the reservation fee back, because the ticket fee is only for the ride with train not for the seat. You caught the train and lost only your seat so they gave you back only the reservation fee. For 6. Did anyone from DB tell you that there should be toilet in lounge? Or did anyone inform you that once you enter the lounge you are free for getting into toilet? If you don't accept the toilet fee in the station, just use it in train or elsewhere.
