因為在柏林不想嘗新餐廳(心驚驚!),加上從漢堡吃完Haerlin**,所以不想在柏林吃太多星(XD,柏林最高也只有兩星)
拜訪老朋友餐廳,順便和上一次沒機會見到面的主廚在餐後聊一下(一人吃飯的好處之一),他非常關心我對他的菜的看法,我最喜歡這麼一個年輕有上進心的主廚!
服務方面:
非常用心安排桌子在窗邊,8點半吃晚餐還有陽光灑在我的桌上,好棒啊!
被問是否需要閱讀雜誌或報紙,很貼心,我隨手拿了一本餐廳的美食雜誌,用漂亮照片增加食慾!
菜方面:
沒有上次一訪時魚子醬多到吃不完,而主廚用一般食材擄獲我的心
Amuse bousch 1:一開始味道很唯美,但最後兩道很馬虎,有點虎頭蛇尾的感覺!
Amuse bousch 2:又是魚子醬料理,這位主廚真的很愛用魚子醬做菜,我想應該是因為餐廳有旅館可以靠,所以高級食材取之不盡!
Foie Gras creme brulle:從以前到現在吃過這麼Foie Gras creme brulle,這道最對我的胃,擺盤漂亮,味道優雅,應該是我吃過最好吃的鵝肝烤布雷,非常好開始!
Filet beef:要求midum rare熟度,一切看到非常漂亮的粉紅色就開心!
我這次只吃兩道甜點,女甜點主廚把她的夏季花園放在每個盤上,味道清淡高雅,好多味道層次和口感層次,好好吃阿!
我會再回訪,畢竟年輕主廚奪星企圖心非常強,我非常喜歡這樣的廚師!

Hi 酥芙蕾, How have you been? Have you been exploring much restaurants? Reading your blog made me so wanting to try the desserts of Karina Appeldorn but first floor berlin seems to close permanently : ( Do you have any suggestions for equivalent good desserts in Berlin? And Haerlin restaurant is so popular, it is booked out during my visit at Hamburg :( I would like to ask if you have any recommendations for restaurants or bistros for Berlin and Hamburg? Also, I read so much about the table at Kevin Fehling. I wonder if you have been to his restaurant.. Would like to read your post if you had. Thank you and looking forward for your reply.
Hello Silvia, I have been great and thank you very much for greetings. I am soory about the closing of First floor in Berlin. It will open again in the autumn this year, but I am not so sure if the chef patisserie would still work there. Then the other dessert amazed me in Germany is in Haerlin. He is also great and creative although I prefer a more female dessert. Could you please let me know when you want to visit Haerlin and for how many guests? I try my best to get you a table, okay? However, I can't promise you abything by now. I know Kevin Fehling but I haven't had any chance to visit his new restaurant in Hamburg. I was kind of spoiled in Haerlin( it's a very long story). I've visited Haerlin for more than five times and it is my favorite restaurant in Germany. Because Haerlin only opens for dinner service, I always visit the bistro "cox" in Hamburg. It's cheap in Hamburg, which is one of the first five expensive German cities. It is very close to the main train station Hamburg. They have plat du jour everyday. I almost had two main courses for lunch. (Please don't try the dessert in German bistros.) As for Berlin, another my favorite restaurant is Les Solistes by Pierre Gagnaire. I met chef Gagnaire there. Their dishes are not that crazy as in Paris. It is still French dishes. Please don't try their desserts. (Totally not worth it!) However, their entree and plat are quite worth or even more than what you paid. Please inform me asap if you need any more help!
Hi 酥芙蕾, Thanks for your reply and info : ) We will only have a really short stay at Hamburg, only 4 nights from 22/4 till 26/4. Knowing Haerlin only opens for dinner from Tuesday till Saturday and given we will only arrive at Hamburg in the late evening on 22/4 Friday via a long haul flight, thus the only available time for us will be 23/4 Saturday. We will only have 2 guests in total. Once again, thanks in advance and much appreciate with your effort in trying to get us a table : ) However no worries too if you couldn't : ) I read about your experiences of Haerlin on your blog and they certainly sound pretty appealing. Having said that, I just google bistro cox and I might give it a try during my stay too. Would love to read about your experience at Kevin Fehling restaurant if you ever visit one day. LOL when you asked a woman not to have the dessert at the restaurant, she'll just gonna dine at other restaurant instead XD Thus, I am thinking of trying Facil at Berlin. Have you ever dine at Facil? Or should I try Reinstoff, Tim Raue or Lorenz Adlon Esszimer? Apart from that, can you recommend any bistros too in Berlin? (preferably I could have the dessert too :P) Thank you in advance and appreciate your time too : )
