My visit was not as crazy as last time. I had only two dinner service there. The first one was extremely disappointing while the second one was trully outstanding! 

The first dinner service was exrememly disappointing due to the same menu as the one before their summer vacation in August. Couple days before my visit, the kitchen team informed me that they would create a different one after their vacation, but they didn't obviously. Plus, the new service manager lied to me about the menu as well. He told the menu was different from the one before the summer vacation. I doubted it.  The waitress I met from my last visit came to my table and apologized about the same menu situation. It was absolutely her fault of course. I didn't blame her for this. What pissed me off is the new service manager could not tell me the truth in the beginning of the dinner service.

I only had one lunch service here because I was very afraid of the dining experience in this restaurant. First of all, it's very expensive to dine in the restaurant. It costs on average 200 euros for one meal per person. Secondly,  I visited this restaurant two years ago, and the dining experience was totally disappointing.

My visit this time is due to the chef's availability. I had a small chat with her personally about her inspirations and changes in two years, since she can speak English very well unlike most French chefs.

It's my first time to visit the hotel and restaurant in Relais et chateaux group twice in one month. What brought me is the chef promised me to go mushroom hunting with me when we met for the first time two years ago. And I am very glad that he finally made it for this visit.  

We set off at 7:00 although we met in his kitchen at 6:00. I took a look at this gourmet kitchen early in the morning. I walked around the kitchen by myself and took a look at many small details in every station in the kitchen. Nobody was in here. I just could not believe that I had this honor to see this kitchen.

剛從威尼斯回來,順道拜訪老朋友並且吃了這家餐廳

米其林雜誌義大利版我很不信,標準沒有法國版的嚴格,但這家餐廳是我義大利料理的最愛!

Jean-Georges Klein新餐廳即將在9月18日開幕,這場在阿爾薩斯的米其林星星爭奪戰即將展開,目前推出套餐:

會來到Arles,一方面是為了梵谷的星空下咖啡廳(亂觀光化的),主要是聽說普羅旺斯料理之王Jean Luc-Rabanel,滿臉刀疤橫肉(像Gordon Ramsay)做了一手好菜,事實上...

麵包:6種,他每餐都有一些新口味,他家的麵包應該是我在法國星級餐廳吃過最好吃的,餐廳每餐會烤這六種大的圓麵包,侍者會端到每桌給人看,整間餐廳分吃這些大麵包(應該是為了節省成本)

I visited the restaurant again this summer. I stayed in their hotel for two nigths. The chef Renaut went crazy to create one protein for 2-3 services.

這是我第三次拜訪這家餐廳(每年夏天),去年夏天有些許失望,但今年夏天主廚火力全開不同凡響,小牛肉兩吃,鹿肉兩吃,羊肉三吃,牛肉兩吃,而且都很好吃,比Pierre Gagnaire強太多了!

我到這家旅館時已經13:00,先吃午餐,因為房間還沒準備好,吃完飯15:00進房間時,我的行李卻還不在房間?

因為在柏林不想嘗新餐廳(心驚驚!),加上從漢堡吃完Haerlin**,所以不想在柏林吃太多星(XD,柏林最高也只有兩星)

拜訪老朋友餐廳,順便和上一次沒機會見到面的主廚在餐後聊一下(一人吃飯的好處之一),他非常關心我對他的菜的看法,我最喜歡這麼一個年輕有上進心的主廚!

我拜訪漢堡不是為了紅燈區,不是為了看海,而是為了吃這家在德國今年最紅餐廳!

本來不想去,後來因為餐廳多封的誠懇道歉函,好,去吃看看吧!

本來想要拜訪在Hamburg的Haerlin餐廳,順道看看Hamburg這個德國境內靠海的城市!

週五有收到email答覆,但接下來三天卻一點答覆都不回,今日星期二,我本來以為早上應該就會有,還是沒有!

江湖人稱廚房的莫札特的Chef Massimiliano的餐廳,一和主廚見面,他就問說是否有在台灣吃過他的客座餐?當然沒有,他對台灣的食材又不熟悉,而且我也不是有錢大爺或是頭殼壞掉,怎麼會浪費銀子去吃呢?既然來到義大利北部,當然就要拜訪這家餐廳!

我總共吃了5餐(2午+3晚餐),Max差點變不出新菜給我吃!

下面是今年我剛拿到手五月L'Arnsbourg的新單點菜單,雖然我還沒去吃,和一年前蜜蜂家的單點菜單比較,除了他還保留一些Cathy母親的菜,可以發現有Philippe Labbe的影子(例如蛙腿和鴿子),他終於把蜜蜂的菜帶來到L'Arnsbourg,雖然沒有前幾年的一食材多吃的複雜度,但我還是非常期待去吃!

和小木屋餐廳(La Bouitte)一樣,都是由父子檔撐起廚房

當時的我不知道柏林有很多米其林星星餐廳,而且不知道星級餐廳這麼好吃,直到吃到法國之後(下回再說!)但當時我已經知道柏林愛樂廳是個寶山,時常會有高水準的演出!
